SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

RepairYourFridge.com will ship your parts to any physical address in Quebec. All items are shipped from Quebec and some locations in Ontario. This means that you are not charged for import duties or brokerage fees like you are if you order from sites based in the United States or elsewhere. Due to legal restrictions, RepairYourFridge.com is unable to ship items outside of Canada.

 

Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days after dispatch. The delivery time can sometimes reach 2 weeks. Please note that RepairYourFridge.com is not able to deliver to PO boxes. Customers must provide street addresses. RepairYourFridge.com is not responsible for any shipping delays this may cause.

OVERSIZED ITEMS AND ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS

In some cases, customers are required to pay additional shipping charges beyond the normal ones. Extremely large items may result in more expensive or longer delivery methods, or the weight or size of certain parts may incur additional charges. In these cases, the customer will be contacted and offered the choice of either cancelling the order or paying the additional freight. Customers will not be charged for additional freight without their authorization. Deliveries to Ontario have an additional shipping charge based on location.

NO SHIPPING TO POST OFFICE BOXES

Customers must provide street addresses. Customers who have entered PO Box addresses will be contacted by email for a correction. RepairYourFridge.com is not responsible for any shipping delays this may cause.

CANCELLATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS

RepairYourFridge.com process your order as quickly as possible. Contact us at sales@repairyourfridge.com if you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped. Orders cancelled prior to shipment of items will be refunded.
