Returns and Refunds

RETURNS/REFUNDS sales are final sales. Returns and refunds are therefore not possible.


The only time a return can be accepted is when the part we sent to you is not the one you ordered, requested and accepted.

Returning parts to

  • Authorized returns must be received within 30 days of the original shipment date of the items.

  • If the return is the result of an error on our part, or if the part was lost in shipment, contact us within 10 business days to arrange a refund. We will refund your return shipping costs after your return has been processed or provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Additional information such as photos of the part may be required to complete a return of this nature.

Receiving your refund:

  • Please allow 10-15 business days after your return has been processed for your refund to appear.

  • If your refund is taking longer than expected, or you would like to check its status, please contact our customer service team for an update on your return.
