RepairYourFridge.com sales are final sales. Returns and refunds are therefore not possible.
The only time a return can be accepted is when the part we sent to you is not the one you ordered, requested and accepted.

Returning parts to RepairYourFridge.com::

Authorized returns must be received within 30 days of the original shipment date of the items.

If the return is the result of an error on our part, or if the part was lost in shipment, contact us within 10 business days to arrange a refund. We will refund your return shipping costs after your return has been processed or provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Additional information such as photos of the part may be required to complete a return of this nature.

Please allow 10-15 business days after your return has been processed for your refund to appear.
